Gyoza dumplings are a Japanese food I can eat anyway, every day! They’re more than a snack, they can be the main meal and in Miyazaki City, it’s so popular, they’re no.1 in Japan in the Yaki Gyoza Rankings, for 3 straight years.
What makes their gyoza the best or most popular in Japan? Gyoza has the image of being a side dish, I ask Cody of Ramen Guide Japan if that’s the case.
